Methadone builds up in your system and is stored deep within your fatty tissue and bones after extended use so it could take a while before it is completely out of your system. But if you go by the numbers, if you took 1 dose of 120mg's than your talking somewhere around 2 weeks(at the most). You also have to take into account how tall you are and your weight. The heavier and taller you are the slower your metabolism and the longer it will take to clear out of your system. If you were taking multiple doses, than your talking more than a month.
