I've been on 155mg of methadone for 10 months now, and this is my second time in the program. If it is a single dose of 160 mg it will be out in 4 to 8 days depending on your metabolism. If it is a continued dose that is stabilized and maintained it will be slightly longer; however, people often confuse the body's recovery time with the lingering withdrawal effects of the drug. When a person subjects their body to rigorous use of any mind altering substance the brain reacts by altering levels of glandular chemicals that occur naturally in the body such as dopamine and beta-endorphins. The time it takes for the brain to regulate these secretions can be up to 18 months after said chemical has eased to be introduced to the system.
If you are on that high of a dose and have been taking it for while, Be safe and talk to your doctor. He/She can help you set up a plan to wean you off. Making your withdrawals better than if you just stopped cold turkey. You don't want to stop cold. The withdrawal symptoms in general are less intense than those of morphine or heroin at the same dose, but at the same time they are more drawn out. They can last for several weeks or more,

3 to 7 days usually.
Usually 3 to 7 days.
for about 24-48 hours, it depends on your tolerance...if you have a low tolerance, yeah, but if you tolerance to methadone (or even other opiates) is high it, more than likely 1 day.....if you're asking how long methadone stays in your system, about 3-5 days, but you have to have a special drug test to detect methadone, and most Dr.'s or whoever does not test for methadone because it if too expensive for the testing for methadone rather than a regular drug test. Hope that helps ya!
7-14 days
Typically, methadone stays in the urine 3 to 5 days depending on the rate of metabolism.
About a week or more depending on your metabolism. Methadone is a very long-lasting drug and can be detected in your system by drug screening up to month after taking it, although this is with very high dosing and depends on the individual.
I recommend seeing a doctor. We can't help you at this point. depending on the dosage, up to or over 24 hours.
yes it does... Methadone will stay in your system for 4 weeks even if you only took 1 5mg pill.
