The safe dosage of Ativan (lorazepam) can vary based on individual factors such as age, weight, and medical history. Generally, taking more than the prescribed dose can lead to dangerous side effects, including respiratory depression, sedation, and increased risk of overdose. For most adults, a typical daily dose ranges from 1 to 10 mg, depending on the condition being treated; exceeding this without medical supervision can be hazardous. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice regarding medication dosages.

Any amount of purging is dangerous. The act of purging can cause death due to heart irregularities and electrolyte imbalances.
Hypothermia can kill you within one day. Yes it is very dangerous.
valporic acid supposedly doubles the plasma concentration of lorazepam (Ativan), which I believe is in Depakote, a mood stabilizing/anti-epileptic medication. I am not 100% certain. Grapefruit also potentiates some benzos, but I don't know if Ativan is one of them.
Caffiene and Ativan have pretty opposite uses. Caffiene tends to wake a person up, can make one jittery or nervous, and can increase anxiety, anger and upset. Ativan is designed to help one to calm down, reduce anxiety and upset, and relax overall. You might have to think about why you need one or the other, or both. After taking Ativan in the evening, caffiene the next morning can help get rid of lingering hangover, drowsiness, etc.

No. Like most benzodiazepines, Xanax is metabolized by hepatic oxidation and Ativan by conjugation (one of few benzos to break down this way). For this reason, Ativan (being less "harsh" on the liver), is often preferred in individuals with liver disorders or elderly patients)
They are both addictive-they are a schedule #4 drug, which means out of a schedule from 1-5 they are considered to be one of the least addictive, but with my prior experience with both-I find that Xanax is more addictive-this is a quick acting benzodiazapine, where ativan is a long active-they are both nerve pills, but ativan is also an antisiezure medication as well. Xanax if you take large amounts or have been taking it for a long period of time-the withdrawl does include seizures, and believe me I've had em!!!
Your system should clear ativan by about the 3rd day of sobriety. To be safer, you can take creatine phosphate (found in any vitamin store) an hour before the test and drink alot of water. The water will dilute the drug concentration but the creatine level will be normal, so they will be unable to detect the dilution.
