Tylenol 1 is 325mg Acetaminophen w/ 8mg Codeine and 15mg Caffeine.
Tylenol 3 is Tylenol #3: 300mg Acetaminophen w/ 30mg Codeine and 15mg Caffeine.
There is not really an "equal" seeing that you would be taking more than double the Tylenol to get nearly the same amount of codeine. It's really not safe to take excessive amounts of Tylenol.
ibuprofen, happy pills, kickers, Er... The above person is obviously taking something stronger than Tylenol. Ibuprofen is a totally different drug. And why would plain Tylenol be called a happy pill or a kicker.
Neither, percocet contains oxycodone which is a completely different class of drug compared to tylenol.
No, Tylenol is not a catalyst. A catalyst is a substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction without being consumed in the process. Tylenol is a pharmaceutical drug used for pain relief and reducing fever.
It's the amount of Tylenol that you have to be careful with. So do not exceed the recommended dosage for your weight of acetaminophen. It will harm your liver ! I am not a medical person, but I would not give more than two pills of the Tylenol to my adult children and if NyQuil had ANY acetaminophen in it I would not double the dose.
If I were you I would only take 1 Ibuprofen(depending on what the MG's are) and then the Tylenol Cough medicine, because Ibuprofen can hurt the liver if taken in large doses.
A lot! Consider this: one Tylenol 3 with codeine contains only three milligrams of the drug. 3 milligrams is only 3/200,000 of 200 grams. I am a medical doctor but also take codeine for my Fibromyalgia. Tylenol 3 (generic is Acetaminophen with Codeine) contains 30mg (thirty milligrams) of codeine. 1000mg (milligrams) = 1 gram. which means 200 grams would be equal to taking 6,667 pills of Tylenol 3. This would kill any human no matter what the persons tolerance is.
It just depends on how what dosage you are prescribed. If it is hydrocodone 5/325 then there is 325 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). If it is hydrocodone 5/500 then there is 500 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). The 5 is the milligrams of hydrocodone in the pill and the 10 is the milligram of the hydrocodone
You can not buy Tylenol 3 it needs to be prescribed by your physician, you can however buy Tylenol #1 at the pharmacy (just ask the pharmacist), 1 Tylenol 3 has 30 mg of codeine in it as Tylenol #1 only has 8mg of codeine in it so basically taking 4 Tylenol #1 would equal 1 Tylenol #3 (however you would not want to take 8 #1s to equal 2 #3's.
First thing is ask you doctor, they probably know best. But you can take Advil or Tylenol which should relieve pain, but I would ask my doctor about it.
10 mg/2 mg = 5 Five 2 mg warfarin pills would equal 10 milligrams of warfarin.
No, Tylenol 500 would be stronger than Tylenol 325. The ending numbers represent their milligrams. Tylenol 500 is Tylenol 500mg. Tylenol 325 is Tylenol 325mg.
When I take 4 Tylenol #3 pills in one dosage, my body temperature rises, rosy cheeks, rapid heart beat, excess energy, and I start to dance and enjoy myself. It also takes away most of my body pain which explains why I would want to start dancing. I'm a 100lb female, 5'4"
