i was prescribed m357 for a broken bone. I think the "M" stands for "Mallinkrodt" the manufacturer of this generic vicodin. it was supposed to be lortab 10/500 but they gave me lortab 5/500 which is the same as the vicodin 500. im not sure what the numbers are for yet but I'll ry to fiind out.
for those who don't know, the differences between vicodin, lortab, and norco are usually the acetominophen (aka Tylenol).. like vicodin has the most acetominpehn and norco has the least.
