It depends on your weight and tolerance level.
Take the levothyroxine 45 mins before you take your dose of vyvanse , as I also take these meds , specifically 180 mcg levothyroxine 100 mg vyvanse, (the 100 mg vyvanse is not a commonly prescribed dose, granted how 70 mg is the "fda recomended" max , that aside you can take them both together, as it wouldn't directly make any efect on either drug.
The highest dose available for Vyvanse is 70 mg, so you would have to take two 50 mg capsules. You would have to contact your insurance company to see if they will charge double for having twice the amount of a monthly prescription.
vyvanse in the morning and seroquel at night
That is pretty much my concoction minus Klonopin. I've found no interactions between the Lexapro and Vyvanse. Gabapentin, however, seems to lessen the benefits of Vyvanse, shortening its duration. The Klonopin, interestingly, has very little interaction with the Vyvanse but it helps with the crash. My experience alone.
If is completely fine to take the drugs Clonidine and Vyvanse. Clonidine will help you with your sleeping problems.
Well you can have an over dose and go into a deep sleep or you may die
to rule
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) typically has a half-life of about 10 to 13 hours, meaning it takes that long for half of the drug to be eliminated from your body. Generally, it can take around 3 to 4 days for Vyvanse to be mostly cleared from your system after a single dose. However, individual factors such as metabolism, hydration, and overall health can influence this timeframe. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is typically taken once daily in the morning, and it is important to follow the prescribing physician's instructions regarding dosage and timing. If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as remembered on the same day, but not close to the next scheduled dose. Patients should not take more than the prescribed amount or take doses closer together than recommended. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
