It depends on a lot of factors, from how big you are, your health status, and how much tolerance you have built up. Your body can adjust to quite a lot if you introduce it slowly. Of course, I wouldn't suggest use, slow or fast, unless absolutely necessary.

As a teen I had a bit of a drug problem and I would use a larger amount of Adderall to get high. I would take 10, 30 mg xr, and crush the time release balls and take it then snort 6 pills with the crushed time release as well as pop a few for a sustained high. So in the ball park of 600 mg on almost a daily basis. Other then having an affect on my blood pressure Im pretty sure it changed the way my brain functions. My memory isn't to great anymore and my hair is different. But other then that no major side affects. Normal ekg's blood tests and urine samples. So I have no idea how much would kill you but there is some insight of dosage.
