Savella (milnacipran) is primarily prescribed to treat fibromyalgia and is not intended for recreational use. It is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) that can cause side effects such as dizziness or sedation in some individuals, but it is not known to produce a euphoric "high" like recreational drugs. Misuse of prescription medications can be dangerous and is not recommended. Always use medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
