How much time in jail for drug trafficking?

My hubby was indiated in the state of Kansas for possession with the intent to traffic over 100kg (220lbs) of marijuna.

He has a prior drug conviction so anything he would get is doubled .

The feds are asking for 10 years so you do the math 10 x 2 = 20 years!

well serve in prison you mean, it depends on what state, weather it was a misdemeanor or a felony for your posession, and the amount you were in posession of. It also depends on alot of other factors that the judge would look at, such as having it all in one bag, or bagged up seperatley, and other things such as posession of a scale, commonly used for weighing out the drugs. So if you were selling weed and got busted with 2 dime bags, you will most likely get a slap on the wrist but if you were busted for lets say, driving a truck up from Mexico loaded with 500 pounds of weed, then i would say you would spend a considerable amount of time in the pen.
