Can one be pregnant to term and not know while using implanon?
The growth of your abdomen in pregnancy makes it extremely unlikely that you would deliver a baby without knowing you were pregnant ahead of time.
You had your implanon taken out two weeks ago and had intercourse during that time how soon can you tell if im pregnant and could you have gotten pregnant and not know yet and how soon can i tell?
You can tell if you're pregnant two or three weeks after unprotected sex.
I have suffered period cramps and tender breast after my implanon however I haven't had a period and a pregnancy test is showing negative Can help with a answer?
Don't worry, I have the same symptoms as well. I have been using Implanon for almost a year now and about every couple of months I skip a period and my breasts get very tender. I have had a few scares but never got pregnant. I guess you can say that I am use to feeling like that every now and then. I believe Implanon is very effective. I know it can seem like your pregnant but it is highly unlikely. If you are still worried about it, talk to your doctor. I hope I was able to help in anyway.
Can you not know you are pregnant at 20 weeks?
I know of a couple of girls who did not know they were pregnant until they were in labour. So i guess you could be and not know. Although i dont understand how women could be pregnant and not know. You would think they would feel the baby move at some point.

You will know that you can get pregnant after you start to have your period. it would as be a good thing to go to the doctors and ask them if you are able to become pregnant

Firstly to get pregnant you would have to start your period. If you have started at around about 11 then you would know by missing your periods. They should come monthly but if not... There you go.
If unfortunately you were to fall pregnant with an implanon in would it still being there effect results of store bought test?
If you become pregnant on implanon you might as well tell an alien! I became pregnant and no one believed me. I could feel the symptoms and my stomach growing. I took an at home pregnancy test and it came out negative and I went to the hospital and they came out negative I even had a doctor make me cry when she said "Listen your not pregnant so its done" They didnt even check to see what was wrong with me!!! No one would give me an ultrasound and finally I had it removed and tada they found out I was pregnant!!! If you are 100% sure your pregnant the easiest thing is to have it removed just in case and have an ultrasound done that's the 100% sure way to know!If you become pregnant on implanon you might as well tell an alien! How soon can you get pregnant after implanon removal?
I've read it can take a year for your menstrual cycle to return to normal after removing Implanon. It also varies for different women considering age and hormones. I had mine removed on January 27, 2012 (a little over a month). I spotted a week before removing it, I don't know if you'll consider that as a normal cycle. Two weeks after removing it, I spotted once and noticed a brown mucous discharge for two days but only after wiping. We are wanting a 2nd baby but not stressing too much about it. I'm thinking if we want another baby, it has to happen before I'm 33; I'm 31 now. Im anxious to know if I'm pregnant during the first month because I drink a few beers on weekends and I take digital x-rays and work with nitrous oxide. I've taken about 4 pregnancy tests- all negative. I turned the answer to this question into a blog but I figured it'll be useful to some of you. Firstly I will say: I'm a guy but I will try to reassure you with the knowledge i know. if a female is pregnant she will not have here period (from what I know) and i have never heard of a case were a female would have her period when she is pregnant, the reason for this is because it is a common sign to check if you are pregnant. so my answer for you would be : that wouldn't happen

It certainly wouldn't hurt to combine the two methods of birth control, but if you know your partner has no STDs then skipping the condom wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. The chances of pregnancy with Implanon alone are extremely low (0.05%) already, the risk of going without a condom would be mostly STDs if you aren't sure about your partner's status.
