1mg Xanax = 2mg Ativan or 20mg Valium. You also have to consider onset and duration of action. Xanax is very fast-acting but only has a half-life of 6-12 hours. Ativan has a relatively quick onset with a half-life of 10-20 hours. Valium on the other hand, is a slow-acting benzo and stays in your system for days.
IV Ativan can be out of the fridge for 60 days
Both of these drugs are in the drug class Benzodiazepine, meaning that is will show up as a Benzo. However, Ativan is also in the Anxiolytic, Antiemetic drug classes. If these are missing, a person could fail the test.
Unfortunately it is. It really depends on the doctor and what the script was. If it was for like, benzo's (schedule iv) i.e. Xanax, klonopin, ativan, you call the police and make a report take it to your dr. And he/she will give you enough to last you till the script is up. But anything over a schedule ii may not because of dea laws and regulations. Sorry just try to whether it out. I never take my whole script with me but keep them locked away at home and just take out the days supply. Hope this helps.
Xanax can stay in your system uo to 30 days.

I remember those days the are a whopping 10bucks now days
I am in the process of withdrawing from xanax and after not taking any for 5 days i feel quite lightheaded and my vision is not so accute. However this was the case sometimes while i was taking the medicine as well. I am not sure if this is the general rule.
Yes, 2mg of Ativan (lorazepam) is likely to be out of your system in 5 days. Ativan has a half-life of approximately 10 to 20 hours, meaning it typically takes about 2 to 4 days for the drug to be eliminated from the body. However, individual factors such as metabolism, age, and overall health can influence this timeframe. For most people, though, 5 days should be sufficient for the medication to clear.

It's supposed to be 72 hours. That's the average time for most substances. Although, I must warn you: I've tested positive for opiates 5 days later and I've also tested positive for benzos (xanax, ativan, klonopin, valium) 11 days later. Be Careful! Drink lots of fluids, preferably water,(cranberry juice works good too), and try to flush your system out... if you're trying to get the drugs out of your system as fast as possible, then that's your best bet.
xanax stay in your system for it least 30 days even one of whatever miligram xanax you take
