i am going through the same dillema after another back surgery. i can tell you from my last one that i was extremely sick - flu like, but with restlessness, bone and joint pain - no sleep for weeks without high doses of benzodiazapines (valium, xanax, klonopin, Ativan)- another addictive class of drugs so you must be careful - ... the worst was over after 4 days... puking, severe diarhea... the worst i ever felt in my entire life... it is the length you take it moreso than the amount taken. i would say after 10-12 days you have a need for more and after 2-3 weeks of daily use you are DONE... be careful.
Yes. Habituation & tolerance will develop. Basically the body adjusts to having this morphine in the body every day. If the morphine dose is suddenly stopped, the body will react to its absence: this is known as withdrawal.
Morphine generally does not cause tremors as a common side effect; instead, it is more likely to produce sedation and pain relief. However, some individuals may experience tremors or muscle rigidity due to individual reactions, withdrawal symptoms, or interactions with other medications. If tremors occur while using morphine, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for evaluation.
When filling out a SNI bank withdrawal slip a person will need to know there name, account number, and how much to withdrawal. A person must sign the withdrawal slip.
withdrawal
none at all their dying.
That's a good question. Morphine is a chemical that when used by a doctor or nurse to treat a patient, is a MEDICINE. If a person uses the chemical morphine illegally, then morphine is a DRUG. Whether morphine is a medicine or a drug depends on a person's point of view and circumstances. All can agree that it is a chemical though.
Yes it is possible. Although unlikely, not unheard of according to wikipedia.
If the morphine dose is 200 mg, then the tablet must be a time-released formulation of morphine such as Duramorph®, Kadian®, MS-Contin®, OramorphSR® and about four other brands of sustained-release morphine sulfate available in the US. This matters because the blood morphine concentration will not begin to decrease until the pill stops releasing morphine into the person's blood. For most people who aren't elderly, a single morphine dose will not be detected in the urine after roughly 72 hours. It is necessary to add 24 hours to that if a single dose of a sustained-release formulation is taken, thus a single dose of 200 mg of morphine in a sustained-release tablet would probably not be detected in the urine after 96 hours. However, if one uses the medication every day, or has used it for more than approximately three days in a row, then that person's urine will most likely be "clean" after about 120 hours, or five whole days.
No.
It is used to dull pain.
I would say from personal experience taht it is about 40mg hydrocone. But that is just an educated guess. It would be different form person to person
Morphine will show in urine for up to 7 days. This can vary depending on how much a person is taking, and how fast their body metabolizes the morphine.
