No antibiotics are effective for bacterial infections.. flu is a virus...hope you all feel better. You may have already had the flu and not really had it that bad or were the carrier of the virus as usually ear infections are derived from a viral infection such as the flu and generally follows it. I am sure you know if you have children in pre school or school you are certain to catch the viruses that they do. Children seem to not get as sick from flues as adults do and thus, you have an ear infection and that's why you are on antibiotics. THINGS TO DO FOR THE FLU: * Rest * Eat light meals * Drink lots of water and mild juices (nothing acidic.) * Talk to your pharmacist and they can recommend different flu medications that will ease some of the aching, fevers, etc., but be sure to tell your pharmacist if your children or yourself are on any other medications because other over the counter medications can cause problems with the medications you are on. * If you feel your children or yourself have a heavy chest, coughing up phlegm, hard to breath then it's time to see your doctor as sometimes flues can turn into Bronchitis or Pneumonia.

If the person is infected, there is a good possibility of infection on your vagina. The chances are higher for a woman than a man in catching a STD.
It depends on how low. The white blood cells are the infection fighting cells. An individual with a wbc below 1000 would be at risk of catching an infection ,and not have the ability to fight it off.
The symptoms of a lung infection would be fever, shallow breathing, trouble catching your breath, coughing, and expelling blood or mucous. You need to get to the doctor especially if you have asthma.
During the filming for the Hunger Games and currently during the filming for Catching Fire, yes, but normally, no.
