After extensive research on Clomid and after having used Clomid for 3 months, there is nothing out there that shows this as a side effect. My question was really longer than it let me type, so I will explain here. I was off of the pill for 3 months, I started a new pack last month, but it made me very nauseous and tired so I stopped taking during my period which was 2 weeks ago. Yes this is caused by taking two pills a day. Instead of taking two pills a day, ask your GYNO to change your birth control to a higher doseage one and this should sort out the spotting.
