Day one would be considered the day you actually see red. So if you are suppose to take it days 3-7....... then take it two days after. Do not start taking it until you actually have a true period because it should not be taken if there is a chance you could be pregnant.

When should you start your period after taking clomid while taking progesterone suppositories?

The Clomid really messes up your period and causes all sorts of things to happen. I took it for awhile and it made me feel strange plus I felt bloated. I would call your doctor if you are having problems. By-the-way did you know the Clomid stays in your system after you quit taking it? It is one reason I quit.

You forgot to take clomid on day 5 and 6 can you start clomid day 7 or wait till next month and try again?

You need to talk to your doctor. Clomid is not a medication to rely on internet people to answer. You can have serious problems while taking Clomid...one of which is ovary hyper stimulation syndrome (OHSS). You doctor needs to monitor you while you are on Clomid.

If spotting occurs for two weeks should I stop taking the birth control or will the spotting stop?

When you start birth control it is not unlikely to have spotting or breakthrough bleeding. This is a side effect that can last up to 3 months or longer. You should not stop taking your birth control because you will actually mess up your cycle and when you will have your period. You will also experience more spotting or breakthrough bleeding if you stop now. The spotting will go away, however, you should visit your physician to consider changing the dosage of birth control. Spotting and breakthrough bleeding usually stops when switched to a higher dosage of birth control.

When will a period start after a cycle of Clomid if pregnancy did not occur?

Can clomid cause you to skip a period?

After extensive research on Clomid and after having used Clomid for 3 months, there is nothing out there that shows this as a side effect. However, Clomid should be used by women who are NOT ovulating. If you are already ovulating, save yourself the discomfort of the side effects and at the very least, limit your Clomid treatment to 3 months to lower your risk of cysts and cancer. I was ovulating normally but took the Clomid and now that I am no longer taking Clomid, I am no longer ovulating. Thus, not only did I not become pregnant, I also adversely affected my future chances of conceiving.

You were on the pill for one month it made you nausous you stopped taking it during your period two weeks ago now you are crappy and spotting should you start taking it this Sunday again?

My question was really longer than it let me type, so I will explain here. I was off of the pill for 3 months, I started a new pack last month, but it made me very nauseous and tired so I stopped taking during my period which was 2 weeks ago. I called my doctor to prescribe me a new kind before that Sunday so I could continue taking the pill. She did not return my call, and I left for vacation last week so I have not been taking the pill. I am now very crampy and spotting, I was wondering if I should call for a new prescription now and start it this upcoming Sunday and act like this spotting is my normal period and start a new cycle?

When will you have your period while on Clomid?

Are these related if your gyno told you to take 2 pills a day for your last week of active bc because of spotting and now your period is really light and came two days before you start your new pack?

Yes this is caused by taking two pills a day. Instead of taking two pills a day, ask your GYNO to change your birth control to a higher doseage one and this should sort out the spotting.

Why do people have Menstrual flows in the middle of a package of oral contraceptives?

If you haven't been taking the oral contraceptives long or you haven't been taking them like you are supposed to or you didn't start taking them on time then you can have spotting or what seems like a normal flow.
