Paracetamol can come with or without caffeine in it. Sometimes it can contain codeine. I believe over the counter paracetamol comes without caffeine.

Thioridazine is an antipsychotic medication primarily used to treat schizophrenia. When combined with paracetamol (acetaminophen) and caffeine, thioridazine may not have a direct pharmacological interaction, but it could enhance sedation or side effects due to the combined effects of these substances. Similar medications include co-codamol, which combines paracetamol with codeine, and other over-the-counter pain relievers that may include caffeine, such as Excedrin. These medications are used to relieve moderate pain and may have similar effects on headache relief. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any medication for pain management.
As long as you take the recommended two paracetamol tablets (1000mg), a can of coke will cause no negative effects. In fact, it could be suggested that the caffeine in the drink would increase the analgesic (painkilling) effects of the paracetamol. This same combination can be seen in such products as Panadol Extra, which includes 65mg of caffeine in each tablet. A can of coke has just under 50mg of caffeine, so it won't be as effective, but nonetheless no harm will be caused.
Any pharmacy or drug store will do. Just ask for the Cafiaspirina (acetylsalicylic acid plus caffeine), Naxen (naproxen sodium) or Tylenol (paracetamol).
