A dose of 900 mg of Lexapro (escitalopram) is significantly higher than the typical therapeutic range and could be potentially lethal. While individual responses to medication vary, such a high dose increases the risk of serious side effects, including serotonin syndrome, seizures, and cardiac issues. If someone ingests this amount, it is crucial to seek immediate medical attention. Always use medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
