I assume you are referring to Prozac Weekly, as this is the typical dose we prescribe for it. The weekly pill only comes in a 90 mg form that I am aware of, and it's usually started about a week after stopping regular Prozac (typically, the weekly form is not prescribed for acute treatment--just long-term treatment, although some physicians may start with it). As with any of the anti-depressants, the main thing we look for is an increase in suicidal thoughts and actions or worsening of the patient's depression. Make sure that if this is happening to immediately seek help. If you have questions about why you were started on the medication at the dose you were, talk to the physician who prescribed it. Why do your doctor keep changing the dosage of prograf?
Your doctor should be regularly monitoring the level of Prograf in your blood. If the level is too high, he/she reduces the dosage you are taking. If the level is too low he/she raises the dosage.

If you were prescribed this certain amount of dosage than you should take as required however, if you find you are having various effects from too high of dosage see your doctor to adjust the dosage - do not take it upon yourself.

It is neither - Prozac is an anti-depressant, and shouldn't get you high at all. If you take too many, you will overdose without feeling any different. OTC antihistamines, especially ones that say "non-drowsy," are pretty safe. They can have side effects, but these usually only appear with older adults. As for "too much" I would guess an unusually high dosage would be too much--technically, anything higher than the dosage the bottle recommends is too much.

I've just been prescribed Reductil and the doctor made it extremely clear that you cannot take Prozac and Reductil at the same time. In fact you have to be at least two weeks clean of Prozac before starting Reductil. The pharmacist who filled my prescription too was very clear about not mixing the two types of medication.
