No, some have shorter half lives in regards to how long they stay in the system; also some will have quicker effects, some slower effects. You can feel effects longer with some, while others you feel a short time , then gone. It takes longer to detox from some benzos than others...however all extremely dangerous withdrawal without dr. supervision

Temazepam is a known metabolite of Diazepam (Valium) as is Nordiazepam and Oxazepam. This means that Diazepam is "broken down" by the body into the above stated (3) metabolites. Though Temazepam is a metabolite, it is marketed as RESTORIL (brand name), used mainly in medicine as a sleep aide.
