Hydrocodone is currently a schedule III (C-III) in the US (at least at the federal level (as of 6/1/12). The change in the law has only passed i the Senate to change it's legal class to C-II. I also read about the NY legislator changing its class to CII as well. I expect that we will see it change possibly by the end of June, so keep your eyes peeled.
