Is it dangerous to mix Vyvanse and dayquil?

Though the caution stating decongestants sounds vague, it is specifically listed under the combination of using Vyvanse, acetaminophen, dextromethorphan and phenylephrine all at the same time. There many other bullets that would contain one or more of those ingredients so when they are all on the same line like that, and they are the only items on the line like that then it is referring to taking all of those items with the drug in question which in this case is Vyvanse.

It's also worth noting that "Caution Advised" is referring to the least severe (more safe) type of interaction but "least severe (more safe)" doesn't mean IT IS safe but just that it's less likely to cause problems then other types of interactions.

Pharmacists are far more knowledgeable then doctors (again, my opinion and not fact) but you should consult your doctors to find out what's safe to take and how to best treat your conditions.
