Is it good to mix Xanax and lortab?

You can mix lortab and xanax... as long as its a low dose of both and your taking them at least 6 hours apart..Hydrocodone and aprazolam are both short acting with a short half life.

Lortab and Xanax can be mixed under a doctors supervision. If a patient has a tolerance to opiates i.e. Lortab (Hydrocodone)), then the introduction of Xanax (aprazolam) may be indicated to provide releif for anxiety, depression and muscle cramps. All of these symptoms can be present in patients with acute pain.

well im guessing you mean loratabs the hydrocodone based pain medication. the answer is yes you can. but as with everything moderation and dosage is key. monitor your dosages carefully and you should be fine

I chose to edit this because there is an unnecessarily unprofessional attitude. I am just adding to what was there, so that people may see how uneducated this "Dr." is. The correct Spelling is Lortab. There was no need to start off by insinuating this person was incorrect. I have very high doubts that a medical professional would act this way in combination with being entirely misinformed.

I wouldn't, the high of your lortab will be mellowed out by your xanax, however for pain, it should be okay
