It is advised to seek medical advice before taking medication during breast feeding. Some medication is passed on to the baby during breast feeding and can cause problems. See your doctor.
Sushi can be okay while breastfeeding, but be careful. Some sushi is just sweet rice, vegetables, and cooked fish, all of which are healthy at any time. Other types of sushi, primarily sashimi, contain ingredients (like raw fish) that you should consult a doctor about.
Novacaine has not been used in dentistry since the 50's. We now use Lidocaine and it is completely safe to have while breastfeeding. It only gets injected into local tissue & not the bloodstream. Any amount that may get into the blood is quickly metabolized. I am a dentist and breastfeeding mom :)

It would be helpful if we knew what the tablets were, exactly. 22 horse tranquilizers are quite a bit different than 22 children's aspirin. At the very least, to answer this question it would be necessary to know what the tablets are and what dosage (e.g. "acetylsalicylic acid, 500 mg"), and what treatment (if any) she underwent afterward.
