Is it safe to take ambien 10 mg and drink alcohol?

It is dangerous to combine two drugs (Percocet: Oxycodone, & Ativan: Lorazepam) that in high doses can cause respiratory failure(lungs stop breathing) which is why, unless the user is responsible and informed enough to know what appropiate dosages based on their tolerance level (to both oxycodone & lorazepam) & own body chemestry relating to drug reactions they should not be combining drugs under any circumstances for recreational use.

i don't know how much my friends usually take.. but they take it for the high so why not try it, they usually take 1 and a half ambien and snort half a oxy so im going to go ahead and say you're fine :) good luck

Health ledger died from this type of drug abuse. I would DEFINITELY NOT mix painkillers and strong sleeping pills like Ambien without talking to my doctor FIRST THING!

No, there is a good possibility you will end up doing something without remembering it in an inebriated state. Also, taking a depressant (alcohol) with a hypnotic sleeping pill will intensify the effect of the Ambien.

Yes you should be fine. The Percocet wears off fairly quickly, but it depends on what you mean by "safe". Will you overdose or die? No. Will you feel messed up? Maybe, but it really shouldn't be a problem.

Precocet will keep you up and ambin is a sleep aid..you can take them together but both slow down the CNS (Central Nervous System).
