There is no correct answer to this question. I was prescribed 90mg of Adderall per day at once. It depends on the person, and what all other factors may go into account. But speaking from experience as i am a drug addict, I've taken up to 3000(not 300, but 3 thousand)milligrams of adderall within a 5 day period. But i am not in any way recommending you do this. That would be very stupid. 70mg in a 24 hour period sounds relativlely safe to me tho.
