My Doc who is also managing my coumadin prescribed it for lower Back pain its ok to take but need to check INR at least weekly to see the effects and adjust coumadin prescription as needed. You should of course check with your own Doc as every patient is different especially when it comes to Coumadin (Warfarin)

Yeso. Methocarbamol (Robaxin) can be taken concurrently with buprenorphine (Suboxone/Subutex).

I am actually currently prescribed both medications: the methocarbamol to lessen any muscle spasms/aches, because my buprenorphine dose has been cut down to 2mg. from 4mg.

There is no direct synergy between the two drugs:

meaning that when taken as directed, there is no risk in combination. That said, both methocarbamol and buprenorphine carry Black-Box warnings of increased sedation. Therefore, caution should be used in the elderly. But there should be no issues in an otherwise healthy adult, unless other sedatives (I.e. benzodiazepines, barbiturates or alcohol) are in the mix.

Wish I knew that answer too. Just had my blood checked and is was 4.8. The only thing I've taken is Robaxin. Doctor said it wouldn't affect warfarin level.
