Suboxone does not show up on drug test for probation drug tests.I myself was on suboxone for almost 2 years and I was on probation for one of them.I did not tell my probation officer that I was taking the product.It did not show up on my drug tests because I never got introuble for a dirty urine.My doctor also told me it wasn't going to show up on a drug screne.So that's my experince with suboxone and drug testing.This was in 2003 to the end of 2004.TRUE! Most pre-employment and probabtion tests are the "Five panel" variety that test for opiates, amphetamines, metamphetamines, marijuana and cocaine. Suboxone will NOT show on these tests.Suboxone will show up only in a 12 panel urine test or if specifically tested for. Any panel lower than that, it will not test for it. Suboxone shows up as BUP (buprenorphine).The typical tests used to detect other opiates (methadone, Oxycontin, percocet, heroin) check for a different metabolite than what's found in suboxone and WILL NOT show a positive result for suboxone and suboxone WILL NOT show positive for any other opiate. This is from experience and research been on it almost three years and just had a 12 panel test today

Yes, but only if a specific drug test which looks for Suboxone is used. I see a suboxone doctor every two months and they always check two separate tests. One to make sure I'm using the Suboxone, and another to check forillicit drugs (which I am forbid to use). Only your suboxone doctor will test for Suboxone to be sure you are using it and not "selling" it. Suboxone is extremely expensive and many people have been known to sell the subs to get cash for their illegal drug of choice. These people normally only use Suboxone as a "back up" to be sure they do not suffer from the withdraw symptoms when they run out of their drug of choice. Sad but true.

Buprenorphine can only be detected with a specialized test for Bupe, it doesn't show as a typical opiate. If your hoping to expedite the process of having the Sub wear off so you can do an opiate again then no there's no way, you just have to wait until the Bupe wears off and detaches from your opiate receptors. if your worried about probation or parole drug tests. suboxone will show up as an opiate. the only one you can pass the test, is if your on methadone. that o.k. for prob and parole tests. ^ that's not true. suboxone does not show up as a opiate. i am on house arrest and yes they do drug test me for suboxone. i have been going to the sub doctor for 2 1/2 years. misdametor probation does not test u for suboxone but my house arrest officer does. go to medtech.com and it will show you the test with suboxone (bueprenorphine) and all the other test with it. Do not listen to him suboxine tests can be bought online for as little as a dollar seventy five and methadone is standard for all 10 and 12 panel test I have even seen them on six panel tests. Unless the drug test is specifically looking for Lyrica, it should not affect the drug test at all. Urine drug testing most commonly looks for drugs of abuse( cocaine, alcohol, amphetamines, benzodiazapines, marijuana, opiates,etc...) and as far as this writer is aware, Lyrica has not found its way onto that list. NO... this is not true! The furthest back a drug test can go is about 6 moths if they use a sample of your hair. Urine drug test can only go back as far as a month.
