i agree thay are similar (red dots covering places) however you usually begin to first see Chicken Pox on the palms of your hands bafore anywhere else. they both have red dots on the body though i would think penicillin is smaller dots whereas chickenpox would be possible larger. i dont know much because ive never had chicken pox but my mother is allergic to penicillin so i know a bit.
