(not jittery and bugged out of your mind...lol) Although I learned the hard way to start of slow...One a day for at least the first week. You'll know when you can increase. Along with this I have used Relacore. The combination of the two has made me lose alot of weight. Even when I wasn't dieting.....If you were going to try it I would definitely do the combination.
