Taking Allegra (fexofenadine) every day is generally considered safe for most people, especially if it is used to manage chronic allergic conditions like hay fever or hives. However, it's important to follow the dosage recommended by a healthcare provider and to consult with them if you experience any side effects or have underlying health issues. Long-term use without medical supervision may lead to unforeseen complications, so regular check-ins with a healthcare professional are advisable.
