Fentanyl is the generic name of the drug. One brand name for fentanyl is Duragesic.
No, Percocet is not oxymorphone. Oxymorphone is a combination of oxycodone and morphine. Percocet is just oxycodone, except for 5's and 10's they also have acetaminophen in them.
No, they are both synthetic but the pain relief is not the same. They are both long lasting pain relievers but the Methadone is less expensive and My understanding is not as effective for severe pain. I take Duragesic (Name Brand Fentanyl) 100mcg patch every 48 hours it does help with the pain but I sweat bad! Don't expect a high it is just for long term pain relief. If you do not have insurance it is expensive and the Generic did not work for me. I do not like the fact that they are synthetic, I felt more comfortable with natural opiates but I built up a tolerance.
There is no fentanyl in a lidocaine patch. It is a lidocaine patch not a fentanyl patch.
Can you mix methadone with fentanyl
While drugs may have several brand names issued to different companies, which are protected by a patent, the drug only has one generic name.
YES...fentanyl is much stronger.
Duragesic patches were recalled because there were negligible tears in the patches, thus releasing more fentanyl than should have been released per hour. These patches were taken off the market, the pharmaceutical companies (including the ones that made generic patches) rectified the problem and then the patches were on the market again.
My doctors have had me on both fentanyl patches, fentanyl citrate suckers, and oxycodone for years. There has been no problems.
Fentanyl is a strong analgesic; don't use this compound as a drug !
It depends on the test used and how recently you consumed the fentanyl. I would assume it will be detected. Don't "eat" fentanyl. It's neither safe nor real bright.
Not even close; Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than morphine. Marijuana in any form is like aspirin compared to Fentanyl.
