More information is really needed to answer this question. Also, the three medications you listed do not start with a "c" for their trade or generic names. Best thing to do is consult your doctor again and ask him or your pharmacist to explain what the medication is for, what the possible side effects are and discuss wether you really want to take the medication or not. Also, you can talk to your dentist about a special guard to protect your teeth as a drug free alternative.
XR at the end of the name of a medication indicates the medication is extended release. Efferin XR is not an actual medication, but Effexor XR is. Effexor XR is an antidepressant. It is prescribed for depression as well as anxiety.

Ciprofloxacin (Cipro), venlafaxine (Effexor XR), and quetiapine (Seroquel) can be taken together, but caution is advised. Ciprofloxacin may increase the risk of side effects associated with Seroquel, such as sedation or cardiovascular issues. It's essential to consult with a healthcare provider to evaluate potential interactions and monitor for any adverse effects while on this combination. Always follow your doctor's guidance when taking multiple medications.

Always consult with a healthcare professional before making any changes to your medication regimen.
I cannot answer for everyone, but it helps with my depression. I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression. In an effort to avoid hospitalization, I was prescribed Effexor XR for the depression and Lunesta for the related insomnia. After two days the Lunesta did not work and the antidepressant was not helping either. My psychiatrist increased the Effexor and put me on Seroquel (as a "mood stablizer"), it has been the perfect conbination. I currently take 225mg of Effexor XR & 300mg of Seroquel.
I was prescribed vicodin and effexor together I do not recommend taking the two combined unless you know what both will do to you before hand. I took them together and I was unconcious an hour and half later I called 911 and found out that I had a severe allergic reaction to the new medication effexor my heart was racing, my anxiety had worsened I felt nausious and combining the medication did not help the situation. I was confused and disoriented and could not think clearly. I am no longer going to take the effexor. It was a very scary experience and hope people will read this and think twice before mixing presciption medications. Starting new medications can have severe consequences. I am glad to say I am alive to see another day and will continue live each day to the fullest.
