After taking 2 tablets of sangobion, I have a gastric pain in my stomach. Is it related? I have tried to find any other answers but nobody can tell me definitely. My doctor informed me, this may be due to my sensitive stomach, and advised me to reduce to a tablet a day. I am not convinced, and I have stop taking the supplement. I have this urge of sudden crave for food, and eventually lead to gastric problem and wind.
Can somebody advise me? I have anemia and what other ways to improve my blood problem, maybe in a way of better food intake and diet....
Thank you
