Hycodan is a combination of an anticholinergic and narcotic that works to clear up a cough. How long Hycodan stays in the system depends upon how much you have taken and your body's composition, however, it will normally stay in the body for 2 to 3 days.
yes you can take codine with phenergan and Proventil at together. i have bad asthma and when i get sick my dr has me up my proventil and give me codine with phenergan and hycodan, i also take singular and advair with it as well. (all on drs orders)
have lemsip its good for a cough and is good for aches and pains. it also good for headaches and a blocked up nose!!!!
These two would be OK to take together. I checked the ingredients lists. SudoGest only contains pseudoephedrine, which is a decongestant. Hycodan contains hydrocodone, which is a narcotic cough suppressant. Therefore, they do not contain the same ingredients.I hope your cold or flu gets better soon!
never heard of it. It's a cough med that has hydrcodone rather than codeine. You have to check the concentration due to the fact that it is also given to children in a lower concentration .5 mg per teaspoon would mean that one teaspoon would equal one 5-500 vicodin
As far as I know yes. And I am a medical student :) Good luck!
No, codeine and codeine phosphate are not the same. Codeine is an opiate used as a painkiller and cough suppressant, while codeine phosphate is a salt form of codeine that is commonly used in medications for pain relief and cough suppression. The addition of phosphate to codeine can affect its solubility and how it is metabolized in the body.
