yes of course. that is the combo i was prescribed when i got my wisdom teeth out. just make sure you're not allergic to penicillin. as for oxy, if you are prone to headaches or migraines you may have the worst possible migraine of your life when you are coming off of them, as i did. so if you are prone, make sure you slowly taper off them. best of luck. :)

Oxycodone and penicillin are ok to mix, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Many people get this mixture when they get teeth pulled. Also drugs.com

says that there are no interactions. just make sure you take the oxy as prescribed otherwise the DR. will take the rest of oxy and not give you anymore. most medications are fine with oxycodone as long as there not like benadryl which is a CNS depressant (Central Nervous System) and so is oxycodone it makes your chest light and in high doses you may stop breathing.
