No. If there was, it would lead to respiratory failure. Vicodin is typically in 5mg, 7mg, 10mg dosages.

This is a common mistake. most people refer to Vicodin as 500, 750 and 1000 mg. That amount on the bottle is actually referring to the amount of acetaminophen (Tylenol). If you look at a prescription bottle of Vicodin it will say 10/1000. the 10 means 10 mg of hydrocodone and the 1000 is the amount of Tylenol. so when someone says they have a script for 1000 mg Vicodin its actually 10 mg of hydrocodone and 1000 mg of acetaminophen.

There is no Lortab-60 per se. If you were to take 60 mg of Lortab, you would have to take 6 tablets of Lortab-10. There is not a Doctor Who will prescribe this amount of Lortab in a single dose and still have any hope of maintaining a license. Lortab, or hydrocodone, is a combination drug with varying amounts of APAP or acetaminophen. The "Tylenol" is added for extra pain relief but more importantly for prevention of over dosage and liver dysfunction.
