Yes, their are two active ingredients in tramacet. Tramadol hydrochloride and paracetamol. Tramadol hydrochloride is an opioid and is closely related to morphine. It is actually synthetic form of morphine. Since paracetamol is present in its composition you should not take when drinking alcohol or if you have any liver or kidney problems. Never exceed more than 2 tablets in a dose and not more than 8 in a 24 hour period.
