As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Wella Balsam shampoo was no longer widely available in the U.S. market. While some retailers may still have old stock or offer it online, its primary distribution has shifted away from the U.S. If you're looking for similar products, you might want to explore other Wella hair care lines or brands.
Hi, I have contacted Proctor and Gamble UK (The parent company for Wella) and they confirm they no longer sell this product in NZ. I quote"In today's competitive marketing environment, no manufacturer can afford to produce products that are not financially viable. This, unfortunately, is the situation we faced with Wella Balsam". They did suggest an alternative similar product though - Clairol Herbal Essences. Hope this helps you move forward :-) Diane M
