No. It is not possible for anyone to force anyone to commit suicide. Suicide is a choice like every other thing a person does. No one is ever responsible for what anyone does to them, but that person is 100% responsible for what they do with it.
You must tell them that life is to short and, only cowards commit suicide even if it takes courage to commit suicide.
