It may be that I don't understand your question but most employment or law enforcement type blood tests are looking for illegal recreational drugs; not antibiotics. Also, as I'm not aware of a blackmarket in antibiotics (except on a national scale some places), you probably had a prescription in order to get them. Prescribed drugs are typically legal on a drug test. Did I miss something here?
No, niacin will not clean drugs out of your system.
it won't
ACR (Albumin-to-Creatinine Ratio) tests typically require a sterile urine sample collected in a clean, dry, leak-proof container. The container does not need to be a specific color, as long as it is clean and suitable for urine collection.
Stop using, in one month as long as you stay clean, so will your urine.

took pcp 4 day ago how long will it take for my urine to come clean
I would say only for the second urine. Past that I wouldn't trust it. So if you don't get tested past that 2nd urine, then drink another pack of certo mixed with 64 oz. of water. And again the 2nd urine will be clean.
3 days
Tests done on the urine of heavy users shows their bodies need around 7-8 days to get rid of most of the traces in their urine, but the drug can take a little longer to clean from the blood. Traces remain in the hair ends until they are cut or fall out naturally.
A person can typically survive about 3-5 days without access to clean water before they may need to resort to drinking urine to stay alive. However, drinking urine is not a recommended or sustainable solution for hydration and can have negative health consequences. It is important to prioritize finding a clean water source as soon as possible in survival situations.
To prevent a recurrence of a UTI after antibiotics, you can drink plenty of water, urinate frequently, practice good hygiene, avoid holding in urine for long periods, and consider taking probiotics or cranberry supplements.
Up to 10 days.
