It depends. Did you like it before and were losing weight on it before or were you not and having side effects from it? If it merely stopped working this means your body built up a tolerance from it and you may need to increase your dosage. 37.5mg x 2 capsules a day is the highest dose and once your body builds a tolerance to that over time then its best to just get off it is what my doctor told me (I'm on 30's , 2x a day) . The other medical assistant there told me to wait a week or so then go back on it and your body will not remember it and you wont have a tolerance when you return. I somewhat agree, Ive been off since July and just went on a few days ago. I also get a B Vitamin shot, and take their fat burning pills before exercise or lunch and a stress/crave controller pill at night (its a package deal). When I went back on I was a little jittery for day 1 and 2 but today not at all. However, I have gotten like 8 hours of sleep in these last 2 nights if I'm lucky. I took an Ambien to try to help me fall asleep as its already 1am and I have to work tomo eeekk! But its not working either. Maybe i'll try Valerian Root in the health food store and take the Phen earlier in the day (tho the dr said to take at 9 and 1). Maybe 9 and 11 would be better?? Hmmm...I think this is going to be a trial and error thing. So long about road of answering your question is yes, if you liked it the first time and it provided appetite suppressing effects on you and therefore you were able to stick to a diet and lose weight then yes. But if you had side effects that were crazy then I'd say no and try something else?? I heard Alli is good but that doesn't suppress your appetite, just doesn't let your body absorb some of the fat you eat. I hear Coffee Berry (Bean?) extract is the new thing and of course I always try to drink my Green Tea and lots of Brita filtered water and getting all your supplements in too (multi/calcium plus vit D3), krill fish oil, probiotic and garlic are all awesome. Good luck with your decision. Sorry for the long answer. Only you can decide if its something you want to continue or stop due to health or financial reasons. Good luck!!
