The first few days on 150 mgs twice per day kept me up until 3 in the morning and I had bad dreams. Otherwise I think it's a godsend. It's helped my depression without that numb, apathetic feeling you get from other medications. I've since quit smoking. It still keeps me up at night but it's slowly getting better. I find that going to the gym helps my sleep patterns. Do not consume lots of alcohol with Wellbutrin. I'd say 2 drinks max or you'll be toast.
