Ocassionally for stimulating appetite in chemotherapy patients.It also works for SOME chronic pulmonary diseases , but is not a doctor-recommended trearment.Without being able to deliver a consistent dose , using it for glaucoma is simply not reliable at this time.Homeopathic remedies are very slowly accepted by traditional practitioners. While I believe naturally acquired THC works better than synthesized , we must obey the law and be patient.
