Avelox (moxifloxacin) can cause a range of side effects, including nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, and headache. More serious side effects may include tendon rupture, changes in mood or behavior, and allergic reactions such as rash or difficulty breathing. It's important to monitor for signs of serious adverse reactions and consult a healthcare provider if they occur. Always discuss potential side effects with a doctor before starting any new medication.

Absolutely...I just read an article from the Journal of Antibiotics entitled "recent advances in materials for extended release antibiotics" Im just recently interested in the subject because I am getting over pnuemonia and am on Avelox. Im no expert, but the resin like form of the pill comes out in the stool, and I am getting over my sickness. There are a lot of reasons for pill architecture that regulates delivery of the antibiotic. Mitigating harmful side affects of stonger pills like Avelox is one.
