this stuff thins your blood. A small cut can bleed forever- no clotting

I do not agree.
I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and it has really helped me lose weight like nothing else I have ever tried. I am diabetic but in control via diet and weight loss over the past 3.5 years-over 35 lbs!
I am also a clinical medical technologist with over 30 yrs in Laboratory med. This product did not significantly lower my fasting glucose. Hemoglobin A1C is a better indicator and I have not recently checked that. I have not had any bruising or problem clotting and I have recently had blood drawn. "Thin blood" can occur either when platelet function or count have been compromised or from anticoagulant therapy. My platelet count is normal as is my hemoglobin and hematacrit, which are indicators of anemia.
The only problem I have encountered is a drop in serum iron and that is with taking an iron supplement. I had iron deficiency as a child so I keep an eye on it.
I also take a little metformin once a day which is an appetite suppressor commonly perscribed to diabetics. I am sure this has added to the success of my diet.
I try to adhere to South Beach diet so I watch my carbs focusing on lean protein, vegies and high fiber fruits.
I get a lot of exercise working on a horse rescue but I do suffer from accumulation of winter weight (KY) which is now gone!
This product has motivated me and I am hopeful that I may be wearing a size 6 again after over 15 years!
Mulberry zaccarin, often derived from mulberry leaves, is typically considered safe for most people when taken in moderate amounts. However, potential side effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, or allergic reactions in some individuals. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications. Always monitor your body's response and discontinue use if adverse effects occur.
Mulberry zaccarin, derived from the Morus alba plant, is not widely documented to cause insomnia. However, individual reactions to herbal supplements can vary, and some people may experience disruptions in sleep due to other factors like dosage or interactions with other substances. If you are concerned about insomnia or other side effects, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional.
