Very high heart rate, severe dehydration, (mouth very dry) the brain feeling like its expanding.. And Seizures (foaming from mouth) or they will get brain damage and most likely die from the extensive damage.
Hope this helps, I lost a friend to ecstasy because he didn't know what he was doing...it was his first time and he did not drink enough water, and was dancing non stop.. until he had a seizure and his brain just switched off after about 1 hour and half... A friend of mine had X slipped in her drink. She didn't show many symptoms at all. Her heart just stopped a few minutes after it happened. She woke up two days later and was in the hospital. She didn't know where she was or what had happened. They said she coded (heart stopped and had to be brought back) three times. If you have even a suspicion that she has had something slipped to her, get her help right away. I worked for a police department for seven years. I can't tell you how many times we had to call ambulances down to the clubs for kids with no pulse that had taken X, intentionally or not. Don't worry about anyone getting in trouble or what questions may be asked. Just get help.
