Well, to smoke shisha in anything other then a water pipe is possible, but difficult. Like with a water pipe (I hope you mean a hookah and not a bong) the only way you would be able to smoke shisha is with foil and coal on top. I think it would work without coals if you dried out the shisha before smoking it in the pipe, but I'm not sure how that would taste.
