well if you've already gotten caught selling marijuana n are currently on probation then you violate probation n will be arrested and locked up for awhile. If you aren't on probation and get caught for the second time then the state will look @ you're criminal record and see you've been caught selling before and probraly will give you 1 of 2 options, Jail time or Probation.
