Let the doctor know that the child doesn't like the stethoscope. Many doctors know how to deal with this. Letting the child use the stethoscope to listen to his/her own heartbeat one time and explaining to him/her that the doctor needs to hear the child's heart to be sure it sounds good should help. Warming the business end of the stethoscope before applying it to the child's body should also help.
Yes. In most states now children after age 14 participate in their own medical care, including the right to refuse that care. As a matter of fact, if a parent orders the doctor to treat the child and the child refuses, the child can sue both the parent and the doctor.

Child support is payable unless the child is adopted. It is not linked to custody and access. Whether you see the child or not does not affect support obligations.
Yes. Child support and visitation orders are separate.
In the US, child support and visitation are two separate things. You are legally responsible for financially supporting your child rather you have visitation or not. If your ex refuses to allow visitation then you need to petition for court-ordered visitation. If you obtain that and the ex still refuses, then s/he is in violation of a court order and there are consequences for that. If, on the other hand, you don't have visitation because the court refuses to allow it (for whatever reason)...well, that's a different issue.
He says its because the child wasn't planned and he doesn't see our unborn child as a person. He refuses to want anything to do with the child but yet he has been there for me throughout the pregnancy. Go figure.
no after all she deserves something
Refuses or is not able to in this economy? Of the two, not getting access to the child is far more damaging to the child and society as a whole. We don't need more another fatherless child adding to the crime rate. see link below.
Because since we have the heart in our body, we cant hear it. If we get the tool for our body, then you can hear YOUR heart. If you are a child or middle aged your heart beats 90 times a minute. If you are an adult, your heart beats 70 times a minute.
