Can you take celebrex and Claritin-d together?

My Rhematologist has me on 4 mg Prednisone and 400 mg Celebrex per day. I have the RA factor and have borderline Rheumatoid Arthritis. My problem started four months ago in my knee and I am going in for exploratory arthroscopy surgery in two weeks and to have a biopsy of the synovial lining taken to find out if I do have Rheumatoid Arthritis. About a month ago, I started having pain in my arms -- mainly I feel the pain in my upper arm muscles. Since the Celebrex doesn't help the arm pain, my doctor started me on the Prednisone last week. I have a very well-respected Rhematologist and I know she would never have allowed me to combine these two medications if they are not supposed to be combined.
