Well for me, after I take this nevramin tablet (round color pink tablet) I notice that there is something wrong with my throat and on my tastebuds. I cannot determine the taste but its just like you have eaten a nut.. a cashewnut like taste... even i brushed my teeth, it is still there and i dont know why... that taste will only be gone after 1 day from the point that you have taken the tablet..

The pain being experienced in this question could be due to muscular dysfunction. Many times a knot in the side of the neck could be due to the trapezius muscle, specifically the upper head. Upper trapezius issues can refer pain into the masseter, the muscle under the cheek. Otherwise this could be result of an injury such as whiplash, that causes not only knots in the neck muscles, but can lead to the jaw pain mentioned.
