Objective test taking refers to the assessment method in which questions have a clear, correct answer, typically involving formats like multiple-choice, true/false, or fill-in-the-blank. This approach aims to minimize subjective interpretation by both the test-taker and the evaluator, allowing for more standardized scoring. Objective tests are often used in educational settings to measure knowledge on specific topics efficiently. They can provide quick feedback on a student's understanding and retention of material.

Non objective test means it is subjective and involves theoretical questions. So it has a large subject of opinion my the person examining the test.an example of this would be an essay testan example of an OBJECTIVE test would be a multiple choice test. This is easily confused with another definition of the word objective, which is something or someone that is not easily influenced. However in terms of education a non objective test has little biased, and an objective test isn't due to bias.

The Cunningham test would be justifiable to a persons guilty mind, since the Cunningham test is a subjective test, so the test is mainly on the person who is convicted of the crime. The Caldwell test is an objective test that the jury will give a verdict based on the act of the person whom is convicted of the crime, and that person's mind is whether guilty or not lies in the hand of the jury(reasonable man). The Jury which is the reasonable man is always reasonable, never makes a mistake, and only taking sex and age in to account. An objective test does not confirm the state of mind of the person when he/she is doing the act, and there by, objective test in my opinion is not justifiable to a persons guilty mind when only his/her act is being judged. Therefor the Cunningham test which is the subjective test is better suit.
